We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. However, certain products, such as customized or personalized items, or items from our special collection, may take 1-3 days to ship. All orders will reach you within 3-4 days of shipping.

International Shipping
International Shipping Details
- All payments for product purchases must be made in USD to our EFC account. Bank account details will be shared after product confirmation.
- Payment must be made via international wire transfer.
- We offer FREE SHIPPING to the USA for all single billing transactions above INR 5 lacs.
- We charge INR 20,000/- for shipping on all transactions below INR 5 lacs.
- Shipping charges for silver articles vary depending on product weight and package dimensions.
- Customs and import duty must be borne by the customer.
- We accept online credit card payments, but there is a charge of up to 3.5%, depending on the credit card.

It takes 48-72 hours for your payment status to reflect in our account post confirmation from the bank. Shipping will commence once the payment is confirmed. The shipping time after customs clearance will be between 12-15 working days. To reserve any jewelry you like and might want to purchase later, you need to make an advance payment of 50% of the total value of the jewelry.

Custom Duty
All shipments of jewelry exported from India must be cleared by the Indian Customs office. Products, along with their complete documentation, are filed with the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for inspection, examination, and assessment before being delivered to your shipping address. Hence, please ignore any messages on the package section stating: “Please do not accept if the package is received in open/tampered condition”. You will find the package sealed with a label saying “Sealed and Approved by Indian Customs”.
